【剛柔並濟】
你有多久沒有親自煮紅菜來吃了呢？
你需要用手，將它【柔嫩】的葉子從【粗壯】堅硬的根莖中摘取下來。
在清洗它之前，你會看到你摘葉子時，它染紅了你的手指頭。
當你水煮它時，它紅色的色彩從葉子溶解出來，與氧結合，氧化還原回【暗】色物質。
當你吃它，入囗時，它交融成你的生命，血液中增加的鐵質，緊緊讓你與地心相連。
這樣的程序也是【瑜伽】。

【Rigid and soft】
How long have you not cooked the red vegetable to eat?
You remove the 【soft】leaves from the 【strong】、hard roots by hand.
Before cleaning it, you will see that when you pick the leaves, it dyes your fingers.
When you boil it, the red color dissolves from the leaves to water，
then combines with oxygen, and redoxes back to the 【darkness】matter.
When you eat it, it nourish your body,the iron in your blood, 乐天you connects to the heart of earth.
This a process is also【Yoga】....JGD!

有一天我想要離開

It was one seemingly ordinary day when I decided to QUIT… All of a sudden I made a decision to quit my job, my relationship and finally my spirituality. I just wanted to quit my life.

But before that, I went to the wood to have one last talk with God.

I started: “God, can you give me one good reason not to quit?”

His answer really surprised me: “Look around”, He said. “Do you see the fern and the bamboo?”

I replied: “Yes. When I planted the fern and the bamboo seeds, I took very good care of them. I gave them light. I gave them water. The fern quickly grew from the earth.

Its brilliant green covered the floor. Yet nothing came from the bamboo seed. But I did not quit on the bamboo. In the second year the Fern grew more vibrant and plentiful.

But still, nothing came from the bamboo seed. But I did not quit on the bamboo.

He said: “In year three there was still nothing from the bamboo seed. But I would not quit. In year four, again, there was nothing from the bamboo seed. I would not quit.”

“Then in the fifth year a tiny sprout emerged from the earth.

Compared to the fern it was seemingly small and insignificant…But just 6 months later the bamboo rose to over 100 feet tall.

It had spent the five years growing roots. Those roots made it strong and gave it what it needed to survive. I would not give any of my creations a challenge it could not handle.”

After that, He asked me: “Did you know, my child, that all this time you have been struggling, you have actually been growing roots. I would not quit on the bamboo. I will never quit on you.”

“Don’t compare yourself to others.” He added. ”The bamboo had a different Purpose than the fern. Yet they both make the forest beautiful.” God said to me: “Your time will come”

“You will rise high”.

I asked: “How high should I rise?”

“How high will the bamboo rise?” He also asked.

I was confused: “As high as it can?”

”Yes.” He said, “Give Me glory by rising as high as you can.”

After this conversation I left the forest and I wrote this amazing story. I really hope that these words can help you to see that God will never give up on you.

You should Never, Never, Never, Give up.

Don’t tell the Lord how big the problem is, tell the problem how great the Lord is!

7.【我們需要對政治進行靈性化，使企業社會化，並使宗教世俗化】。

What is matter and what is anti matter? Energy consolidated is matter; matter getting back to its energy state is antimatter, and dark matter is which has everything in it, but doesn’t appear, that is dark matter. In the Rig veda, it is said in the beginning, the darkness was covered by darkness and this line was not be understood by anybody；philosopher said that must be something, and these great scholars thought they could not understand, but today, sicient said it is dark matter and dark energy that was sent one up in the whole universe and that’s why all the heavenly bodies look spherical. The energy around the sun is so tick and so powerful, so big and that’s why Sun looks like this in a spherical shape like in a bottle of water if an air bubble is trapped, the air bubble is round, is spherical, right in that means the water pressure and the air pressure is making sun of a spherical, that is what you don’t see is much more powerful than what you see. Are you listening what you don’t see is much more powerful than what you see, and this is what our ancient people have said all the time. Lord Krishina said in the Gita, the unmanifest is the cause of this manifest; this manifest is only the middle. Unmanifested surrounds them and all the manifest will also get back to that unmanifest.

Energy if you want to talk in term of light, the whole universe is one light and then your life is the energy, your life is a light.

Universe is one light, inside that your life that is one light.
Body has enery, bioenergy, you know and it’s survives on oxygen..
If you putting in, if you are engaged encased in a glass or as a wood, I wouldn’t think you will not scurvies after oxygen exhaust.
so Your life is like, like a flame which survives on oxygen.

So, also your view, so our life energy or bio energy, or whatever you call it, your life is a light. And inside that, inside this life, the flame called life, there is another lamp, another light.
In core of your heart, there is a light, again, it is energy, don’t think okay I close my eyes, then now, that you will image it.
So, this core of your heart, this light in the core of your heart, you know, this is eternal flame.

That is purushattam.
Purushattam in the superior being and when your life becomes one with the light in your heart, the all miracle are possible in life.
And there is no outer, there is no inner, it is all one!
And that’s the very goal of life, to connect with the outer light, it’s not even connected.
To realize I’m part of this infinite light, there is a Brahman in the inner core of your life.

Guruji領導Pranayama和靜心。 50分鐘的靜心。

一個世界就是我們生活的世界。我們在腦海中創造另一個世界！
我們所有的回憶和未來的計劃!!這個替代的世界阻止我們享受我們活著的世界！

我們在船上看似擁有所有的水和山脈，但是我們並無法把它全部裝進去。
我們想到我們會對這個和那個人說些什麼。

Adi Shankara說一切都是Maya(瑪雅)幻象！
一頭 被“桅杆”拴著的大象的瘋狂大象來了。。一年中每三個月發生一次。

Shankara跑到某人的家。他被問到，你為什麼要跑？大象是不真實的!!
他回答說，我的跑步也是不真實的UNREAL！

一個占星家叫Guruji，我的腿斷了！
他夢見一隻老虎攻擊他;他的腿在牆上踢得太厲害了，它斷了！
他應該是在夢中用腿踢老虎！

實相當中的不同現實,不能混淆!!

一個是絕對真理，另一個是相對真理。不能混淆!!
椅子和桌子是不同的，但都是木頭!!

實相有不同類型的存在！它們看似相反，但一切都是真的！

佛陀說:沒有自我。我搜索和搜索，找不到自己。
只有「shoonya」或稱「虛空」。
當達賴喇嘛被訪問時，他說，除了「自我」以外，我們將談論一切！

Adi Shankara被問後說:任誰搜索過，誰也找不到？那就是「自我」！

「SELF」「自我」作為存在的場域Field;作為一種能量Energy。

意識是連續的，並且遍及存在的。

Shankara透過這一個邏輯贏得了所有面向。他在所有面向上進行了辯論並獲勝。

在辯論中，每個人都有一個花環。
獲勝者的花環將保持新鮮。
由於錯誤的邏輯、生氣...等等，輸的人的花環會凋零。

每次辯論後，Shankara香卡拉的花環都保持新鮮。

生命就像一場足球比賽！有什麼意義？一個外星人看到這，會個感到困惑。

當我們悲慘時，我們 不問「為什麼」這個問題？當事情進展順利時，我們從不問「為什麼」這問題！

多樣性！！ 有3000種土豆(馬鈴薯)!!
為什麼這麼多種類型的鼻子!!每個都有獨特的拇指印!!
幾年前，生物識別技術還沒有被開發出來呢！ 

創造的獨特性令人驚訝，並讓人開心！驚訝與娛樂 - 我們不尋找答案!!

為什麼有這麼多生命？為什麼每天都有這麼多人出生並死去！
什麼是氨基酸，蛋白質？為什麼這麼複雜!!

這些問題沒有盡頭!!他們也不需要答案!!那些問題會轉變成驚訝!!

生命結束後，印象會得以延續。氣球內外都有空氣。內部印象得以貫徹。

氣球(能量)必須放在一個罐子(容器)中才能被釋放，才能破除印象。

死亡是五大生命能量Panch-Prana合一One的過程。

Vyana - 全身的,

Samana - 胃中的,

Udana - 關節的,

Apana vayu進入的風。＆Prana vayu排出的風。

所有這些在「死亡」過程，合併並離開。

退出感官（靜心45分鐘）時，我們只經歷了搖擺。
 在子宮內9個月...僅在第5個月我們才有意識。 前4個月，它只是搖擺不定。
當一切看起來都不真實時，我們就擺脫了痛苦！
只有在我們醒來之前，噩夢才會困擾我們。 
我們不會修復一個噩夢！

有人問）你開悟了嗎？

古儒吉）你怎麼認為？ 是？ 
這就對了！ 如果你問一座山你是一座山嗎？!! 就像是這樣。
 我們需要從其他地方了解一些事情！

卡旭老師開場：

體位法 - 意味著姿勢;

梵語中的Asanas也意味著基礎。

Asanas體位法 創建了我們可以建立的基礎。這是瑜伽姿勢的基礎。來構建一個基礎。

Guruji古儒吉大師：

聲音有四種：

1. VAIKHARI:使用呼吸。這種聲音只在一個呼吸中持續。只為人類講話時的發聲。

2. MADHAYAMA:內在精神心理上的。聲音與呼吸是分開的。這種聲音能無限延續。

3. PASHYANTI:甚至在聲音之前形成 - 聲音的認知已發生 - Pashyanti。

Guruji leads Pranayama & Meditation. 50 minute meditation. 

One world is the one we live in. We create another one in our head! All our memories & plans for the future!! This alternate world prevents us from enjoying the world we live in!!

We are on the ship with all the water and mountains, but we don’t take it all in. We are caught up with what we will say to this one and that. 

Adi Shankara said everything is maya! A mad elephant came charging. “mast” Elephant. Happens every three months in a year. 

Shankara ran into someone’s home. He was asked, why are you running?? The elephant is unreal!! He replied, my running is also UNREAL!!!

Once an astrologer called Guruji, my leg is fractured!! He had a dream of a tiger attacking him; kicked his leg so hard on the wall, it fractured!! He should have kicked with dream leg the dream tiger!!! 

These different realities of realities can’t be mixed up!!

One is absolute truth and other is relative truth. Can’t be mixed up!! Table & Chair is different. Yet all is Wood!!

Different types of realities exist! They appear to be opposite yet all are true!

Lord Buddha says there is no self. I searched and searched and could not find the self. There is only “shoonya” or emptiness.  When the Dalai Lama visited, he said, we will talk of everything except the self!!

Adi Shankara asked, who searched and who could not find? THAT is the SELF!

The SELF exists as a Field; as an Energy. Space inside the pot and the space outside is the SAME! When ball of clay comes together with space, we buy that!!

Human life is combination of Matter & Mind!! Mind inside Matter is Self!! Mind outside the Matter is Parmatma!!

Life is not different from Brahman or the Self!!

The Emptiness is Full of Bliss. It is the Mind that see, hear, touch etc. Our consciousness has ability to see, sense, touch, taste, smell. Even in dream we can experience. 

The Consciousness is continuous and all pervading. 

Shankara won over all directions by this single one logic. He debated in all the directions and won. 

In a debate each one got a garland. The winner’s garland would remain fresh. The looser’s garland would wither away.. due to wrong logic, getting angry etc. 

Shankara’s garland remained fresh after each debate. 

Life is just like a soccer game!! What is the point?? An Alien would get confused watching this. 

When we are miserable this question of WHY?? We never ask the WHY question when things are going well!!

Variety!! 3,000 kinds of Potatoes!! Why so many types of Noses!! Each has unique Thumb impression!! Some years ago Biometrics was not developed. 

Uniqueness of creation is something to be amazed with and to be amused by!! Amazement & Amusement - we don’t look for answer!!

Why so many Lives? Why so many born and die every day!! Why amino acids, proteins?? Why so complicated!!

There is no end to such Questions!! They don’t need an answer either!! Those questions turn into wonder!!

Impressions get carried through after Life ends. Balloon has air inside & out. The inside impression get carried through. 

The balloon has to be in a pot to be released and to break impression free. 

Dying is a process where Panch-Prana comes into One. 

Vyana - all over body

Samana - stomatch

Udana - joints

Apana vayu & Prana vayu. 

All these merge and leave in Death Process.

Kashi:

When we Sat & we Sang it becomes SatSang. If we Sat and we Listen, it is SatListen, not Satsang!! Let's Sing along. 

Guruji:

In the Shiva Sutra, it begins with a prayer... I bow down to the benevolent Lord Shiva who is the real wealth in Life. 

When the Manah (Mind) reverses, Namah (inward movement), true wealth is found. It is the Bliss of oneself. Shiva’s body is made of light. Body of Light & Bliss. 

Shiva is not sitting with snake around neck. He is Light & Bliss bodily. 

E=mc^2 is a sutra! It has the Universal Law embedded inside it. Same with Shiva Sutras.

1st Sutra: Chaitanya Atma (Self Realization). If you are not conscious, you are not aware of yourself. Here one needs more energy... It is the knowledge that limits you, binds you down. Limited knowledge limits you from experiencing Infinity. 

When you are looking at one thing, you are missing EVERYTHING ELSE!! Limited intellectual knowledge binds you. It limits you. You agree with only that you know!

Know the limitation of knowledge because it limits you!!

The World has many categories, the Body is only one part of it. The Universe is classified into principles & elements:

Moon has 15 “kala s”. 15 different portions. Hence it waxes & wanes in 15 days. 

3rd Sutra - Guruji leads a 45 min Meditation on withdrawing senses from sense organs! 

Q) Is this World real or unreal?

Guruji) Is your question real or unreal?

... It depends!!

Is dream real or unreal? Who experiences the unreal? Only that somebody who is not the dream! Unreal cannot experience unreal. 

The experiencer is different from the experience! I am Happy/Sad/Miserable etc., the I is different from all these experiences. 

The scenery and the seer. This we will see tomorrow. 

In the withdrawing from the senses (45 min Meditation), we experienced only the rocking. 9 months in womb... 5th month only we became conscious. First 4 months it was only rocking. 

When everything appears unreal, we are free from misery! Nightmare bothers us only till we wake up. We don’t fix a bad dream!!

Q) Are you enlightened?

Guruji) What do you think? Yes? That is it! If you ask a mountain Are you a Mountain?!! It is like that. Some things we need to know from somewhere else!

Kashi:

Asana - means postures;

Asan in Sanskrit also means foundation.

Asanas creates a foundation upon which we can build. This is the basis of Yoga Postures. To create a foundation to build on.

Guruji:

There are four kinds of Sound:

1. VAIKHARI. Using the Breath. This sound continues only till breath. Speech only for Humans.

2. MADHAYAMA. Mentally. Disassociate sound with Breath. This sound continues to infinity.

3. PASHYANTI. Even before sound is formed - Cognition of sound happens - Pashyanti.  Vedas were cognized like this. Animals can feel till this level. Premonition is from this level. 

4. PARA. Paravani - even subtler than Pashyanti. This is transcendental language. This is Vibration beyond Vibration.

Para - this is cognized in the cave of the heart. First Pashyanti and then to Para. 

Vedic chants are from Pashyanti level. They heard and recorded it. 

Intuition process is from Pashyanti. Seeing from Mental Eye. 

Dreams are from balcony from Pashyanti. 

Guru Puja takes one from Vaikhari to Pashyanti to touch Para. Sahaj Mantras are from Pashyanti. 

Fish is eternal witness. Fish never closes its eyes. Witness consciousness is able to perceive everything. 

Purana story - Knowledge was lost in the ocean. Vedas was drowned in the ocean. Somebody had to bring it out. Matsya Avatar dove in and brought it out. Fish is symbol of wakefulness. 

Kurma devata brings Stability. 

All laws exist in Nature already. One has to cognize it to formalize and bring it to useful state. Like WiFi. It already exists. Once consciousness dawns, we can make it work as a manifest technology.
