*專注於你的呼吸。

( 沒學過呼吸的朋友請用放鬆深長細柔的呼吸),
*每次練習15分鐘,
*一天練習1-3次。

Join the ring
& little fingers of both hands. Fold the middle & index fingers loosely
over the thumb. Then bend the thumbs towards the palms. Focus on your breath.
Do not practise more than 3 times a day, 15 minutes each time.
