教學隨筆--疤痕瑜珈



每當站在台前要開始分享我們的身體體驗前,
我都會先用我的心先去感知,他們要的是什麼?


常想,或許他們還接收不到或許給出的技巧還不夠成熟,
而每個人的生命經驗又都是如此獨特!
但我都會先靜下來,心裡默默的:「祝福您,去看到你生命所要的」!



幾年下來,分享呼吸瑜珈學習的族群中,
每每在給出”kapalabhati”(卡拉帕巴帝)呼吸技巧時,
我總觀察著,許多
上了年紀的婦女,特別是已婚,特別是生過小孩,
特別是剖腹產後的媽媽們。


我常觀察到他們操做這個呼吸,剛開始的困難與疑惑,
常常是反向運動的!
我總要與他們聊聊,
要他們再多一點的覺知,
觀察自己如此的生理反應。


女性,特別是曾孕育生命體的子宮,
創造界為了保護胎兒,特別的在女性的腹部給了這個保護子宮的脂肪層,
而脂肪層便使神經傳導變得較不靈活的原因。


剖腹產的傷害,在那直直的一刀,長達二十幾公分的傷口,
橫豎的就切斷了神經電路的連結。
而在肚臍上下的區位,正是身體神經叢非常密集的區域。


這裡的神經迴路要負責傳導給腸子、生殖系統、等重要器官。
(或許這是許多剖腹產者怕腸沾黏與組織增生的原因).


呼吸與神經的連結是直接的!


身體與精神衛生的治療上,通常「疤痕」都被忽略了,
「疤痕」何不是神經系統的特別印記!
應該好好的愛護與處理.


免疫敏感的我有皮膚增生的過往,
第一次剖腹開刀後,免疫仍處於高亢的攻擊狀態:
手、腳共二十隻趾頭,共有 十二隻,
連指甲的蛋白質都不能倖免的一 一被襲,
也一一的得開小刀把指甲切半或拔除;
第二次剖腹,特別囑咐醫師:將前次疤痕皮膚休整
且以美容針縫合,又買了昂貴的美容膠,
仍讓醫生說「Sorry! 是體質問題!」


但我真的很想告訴那些對疤痕束手無策的人,
「呼吸」是如何一次一次的撫平那道長長的疤痕,
呼吸如何一回回的讓那神經微綫路連結上.


心疼為孩子剖上一刀的女人,
呼吸的瑜珈能安撫妳!

這區位的神經學理稱太陽神經叢,
花了這一 年多的時間,經驗與觀察著
「如何與太陽的能量真正的連接上?
「如何稱為太陽神經叢呢?」
諸不論狗說無據:太陽神經叢能量低落 會引起恐懼等負(反)向能量。
不知,剖腹產者是否較易引起(產後或更年期或..)憂鬱的可能?


但親身體驗”恐懼”的能量時,它卻確實與太陽有密切關連
且與這區位的能量振動頻率有關!

呼吸教學-肺循環



六十幾歲才心臟開刀的吳爸爸,
每星期老遠地從南投開車來教室練習淨化呼吸,
這二年多來從不間斷,他常常與太太感恩的握住我的手…

或許醫學界尚無實際的醫學報告來說明呼吸是如何幫助心臟或冠狀動脈有問題的人。
但事實上,生理本來就進行這種心臟與呼吸的密切活動。


心臟以一直的速率反覆收縮、擴張,
新鮮的血液會遍及全身,然後再集中到心臟,
這個像抽水機的作用有肺循環及體循環兩種.

(何謂新鮮的血液?及帶氧分子的血液?
肺即是那新鮮的供應者。)


循環全身的血液先集中在右心房,再進入右心室,
右心室收縮時,則會進入肺動脈。
肺將血液中的二氧化碳除掉
換成新鮮的氧氣,流動到左心房及左心室。
左心室的新鮮血液,由左心房收縮,
一口氣壓送到大動脈.


(心律不整者,無法指令心臟規律的跳動,
但卻可藉由訓練呼吸規律,而行心肌收縮擴張。)



每個星期所做的即是去訓練我們這個要供應乾淨血液的過濾器。

色彩瑜珈-color yoga

 

春天是享受色彩的日子!

飲食在 Sri Sri yoga 瑜珈 中,是非常重要的一環!

Western saying: YOU ARE WHAT YOU EAT !



瑜珈士修鍊中,自己準備食物也是日常功課之 一!

肥嫩青脆的石蓮花葉比土雞還好吃!!!

搭配鳳梨  味覺中多了酸酸 甜 甜!
我及體質不能太寒者,蘋果不能少!



這春天--Kapha element 土.水 元素已很多的季節,
蜂蜜是非常好的調配材料!
(蜂蜜溫補乾燥)


石蓮花+蜂蜜 是我家兒誠的愛!


(月)蘋果+弘蘿蔔 +蜂蜜=我最愛!



誠(橙)+綠 的顏色=這副德性!
我嚐試做印度餐廳那-花椰菜洋芋珈哩  (得68 分)
加上 黃鬱金香粉(增加消化力) 及椰子粉(中和 洋芋的火)   



剩下的洋芋湯汁拿來下麵,才合乎"節檢"的美德.
打條我最愛的(弘蘿蔔 )汁,使湯更濃郁,
再加點地瓜葉,才不會少了纖維耶!




印度瑜珈言:食物即是婆羅門!


(吃剩葡萄+糙米 第一次組合
過去,我用桑椹+糙米 ,顏色一樣(噁心-孩子說).




很難拒絕路邊賣菜老奶奶推薦的" 買一把九層塔啦!"
這麼多九層塔,趁新鮮怎麼用?
哦!
去7-11 A買包小堅果加點芝麻.少量鹽 打成醬,扮麵!
若要堅果 鈣質好吸收, 加點檸檬還能提味!



扮上橄欖油,就成了 蘿勒青醬麵!
吃下"綠色"但可不能少纖維哦!



玉米加點芥末.茴香,煮成有點印度味辣辣的玉米濃湯!



胡椒粉對我體質不適合,那我加點綠海苔粉,顏色更迷人!



吃剩玉米加石蓮花葉,變這顏色.
(我沒忘蜂蜜,石蓮花.玉米都屬寒!)



身體是感知內在與外在世界的工具.
所有感官活動的用意,都是要帶回到那深邃不被發覺的內在世界!

外在世界有多豐盛,內在感恩就多滿溢.

六祖壇經云:「菩提本無樹,明境亦非台,本來無一物,何處惹塵埃。」
 同理狗証:
                    「身是菩提樹,心為明境台,眼見都是物,物物是豐富。」

 觀照的好處就是:
                               能觀空也能觀滿。

                               既觀空也觀滿!

(觀空有困難,那就觀滿吧!  反正:物有兩極,極極必反…空、滿實無所別…)

美麗的色彩!


 


 




 


我最忠誠的朋友



『痛』,你是我最真誠的朋友?

僅管我現在是孓然一身,像剛新生的小娃,來到我的出生地,

『痛』,你還是沒離棄我,
『痛』阿!     你真是我最真誠的朋友!!!


  已經忘記是什麼時候與你為友的。是小時後吧!但那也沒什麼特別的,我想每個小孩或多或少都有這樣的朋友吧!
直到我被定義成免疫系統的患者;特別是較罕見的的疾病時,我才意識到我將終生與你結下不解之緣!

    十幾.二十年前,剛開始,只是像感冒一樣,喉嚨痛這朋友最常來拜訪我。
最後,他像是不滿足似的滯留而不肯離去, 誰叫當初我都只顧著加班,沒有好好理會這位朋友-「它」(喉嚨痛,我總是依其方便請我就近的顧問朋友-醫師招待它而已;而那時喉嚨痛頂著她來拜訪我,我總是忙著不在家(心思不在身體上)。 她怕無聊,乾脆招來他的好友-發燒來相伴。

   常來慣了,我無暇照顧的家更成了他們呼朋引伴的場所,不時招來頭痛、關節痛、肌肉痛、眼睛痛、皮膚痛 、脊椎痛、、、甚至,當我的顧問朋友給我的身子家取個名字叫結癤紅瘢二十萬分ㄧ的特例:貝…

    後來,我只好雇了個痛常來後的通風報信兵就叫「疲勞」的來看門。

這一天,我與日本女士室友正享受著藍色海灘的美景時;「疲勞」就來通風報信了,才一瞬間,我就像洩了氣的皮球一樣;垮下來的肌肉,連日本女阿嬤室友都感受得到。
在宿舍餐廳時,「痛」那種一刻都不能等待的奪門拜訪,依慣例的我在迎接著;
我直奔宿舍床上,
還好!就讓自己昏睡過去(現在至少練就一身能自我控制的能力),
日本室友剛好外出,我足足睡了三個鐘頭。

我好感恩我能有安全的地方睡覺。
睡醒時,頭痛並沒炸開來,它看來DOWN下來了,但,整個頭就像一張白紙讓寫不出水的原子筆塗鴉一樣刻痕壘壘,充滿整腦袋瓜。

過去(生完老二後)麻醉傷及神經,我雖與頭痛為友,但,著實沒能好好與它相處,所有的心思全放在孩子的身體健康上,任由自己習慣有這般干擾的朋友長期為伴!

 今天,我決定好好定下來與她好好相處,且至少好好的談一談!
我坐上我的瑜珈墊上,閉上眼睛,看看自己,
左腦頭痛(稱偏頭痛);我用左右鼻孔交替法去平衡左右的神經,
很快的就感受到紓緩,接連的脖子也緊漲得不得了,
再用幾個喉嚨呼吸法鬆解它,然後左肩…

   我靜下來對上帝說:「如果是朋友也該有曲終人散的一天,
我不知道它们怎麼來的,我將我的問題用銀盤子端給你,奉獻給你!」

特別是左腰際痛點很強烈腎臟對應的地方,當我與它接觸對應觀察時,
對應的子宮也痛得不得了,我一路掃瞄,
我的左半身,許久了,就一直藏著壓力(我的另一半??);
對應頭,是決策者超強烈的(我的婆婆,再往上我感受到祖先),
脖子那些支撐者(我的小姑们),特別對應到腎臟(先生),同時對應子宮(我的小孩);
我都感受到我內在那深深的柔軟,正在深深的想念著他们,且訴說著我好愛他们!

我用著輕輕的呼吸法將頭部發漲的能量導向較低的腹腔。

呼吸法結束後,我躺下來,蓋上毯子,讓氣自由在身上流通,
直到日本女士室友叫我同她吃晚餐了!

晚餐後,所有的酸疼都不見了!
(晚餐時,宿舍的菲律賓女工讀生侍者為我唱:CASTING CROWNS 的 WHO I AM?)

                                                                 (這是我生命 曾經的沉痛時刻)










『痛』,我雖終其一生與你為友,但謝謝為了接待妳,
我學會了好好待在我的身家子裡,已經不再問「妳為什麼要來」、「妳什麼時候要來」、、
看著妳逗留的時間變少了許許多,我也將準備好那麼一天,真誠的告別妳!

環保瑜珈E-protected yoga


好的行動就應立刻起而行!

行動就在摧毀心智的習性!
心智的習性
~~負向的即刻性  (例如:生氣無法等),
                         正向的延遲性(例如:以後,我也要去幫助人家)。
上星期上瑜珈課,雪萍就分享她著手做酵素了.

今天課程結束,我向紅茶店要了檸檬與紅茶渣,
立刻動手了,現在!


動手做酵素:
1. 先量一量黑糖的份量
2. 材料都準備就緒:
     寶特瓶
     水、黑糖、與鮮垃圾比例    1:3:10   (依重量)
    

我的鮮垃圾有果皮(木瓜、蘋果、檸檬、、)蔬菜皮(絲瓜 紅蘿蔔…)及紅茶渣


3. 全塞入後留下2/10 的膨脹空間
就完成了!
(前後不到半小時)

4. 瓶子上要標上日期,
等著每天要將瓶口稍微打開讓它泄放氣體(不然氣體會爆)


5. 三個月過後就能開始稀釋使用了!

我對它好奇是:一次印度瑜珈老師來台灣,
義務幫台灣aol的義工老師做了一個瑜珈清腸活動,
二十幾個人一天下來,每個人都跑廁所十幾次,
台灣中心的廁所實在…, 鹽酸..都用了,仍…

最後,倒了酵素,居然,臭味都不見了….
我才對「酵素」刮目相看!


 




p.s. 若沒磅秤也要用容器衡量比例以免失敗 (水變黑色).
       (三個月若失敗, 再加入黑糖繼續發酵即可).
       加些橘子或檸檬皮味道較清香!


let's do the environmental  enzyme to protect our environment.
1.prepare the ingridents and equipments:
    container   (don't use the glasses).
    platform scales 
    water, black-sugar, and fresh garbage=1:3:10(according weight)
   (my fresh garbages are vegetablea or fruit peels and tea leaves and lemons..)

2.fill all the materials in the continer.
    preserve 2/10 space to ferment.

3.signal the date on the bottle.
    every day,open the tip of container to loose the air.

4.waiting for three months then dilute it to use .
    for washing,watering,for bathing....

母親節瑜珈 Mother's day yoga


Mother's day yoga--child pose
please let's together to connect our mother's love through CHILD-posture.


不管你仍能與母親的形體或心在一 起與否,
都可透由這個姿勢與母愛連結!!

(不管你是要接收母愛或傳遞母愛!)


1.讓我们 先 舒服自在的坐好,閉上眼睛!
   (想著 你的母親, 想著你的孩子跟你在一 起!)

    給自己幾個深長而細柔的深呼 吸(像母親的愛一樣)!
    放輕鬆,不費力, 變成 自然呼吸 .   (讓愛自由飛翔!)

  p.s. 在這之 前, 有做瑜珈習慣的人,可以做你想要的任何伸展動作.

1. let's sit comfortably and easily then close your eyes.
    image your mother with you.

   few deep and mild long breathing.
   then become normal breath.


  p.s. before that ,you can do any yoga posture or stretch you like.

哦!不要忘記臉上帶著微笑!
ooohhhh!! Don't forget bring your smile on your face!!  ok??


2.成跪姿(金剛坐姿)
    臀部坐往腳跟
    (腳跟有縫隙)

2.sit on your heels (VAJRASANA)
   (allow your heels open)


 3.然後深深的呼 氣 .
    背脊深展後
    額頭點地.
    (臉可轉向單側!)
    手身縮放回來放在身體 的兩側.
  
成自然呼吸   在嬰兒式裡休息.3.then exhale and stretch your spine.
   put your forehead on the ground.
  ( face could  face to right or left)
   then put your arm beside your body and palms up.
  
become normal breath .
   then rest in the  child pose.


你是安全的,且倍受保護的在母愛中!
you are safe and be protected by moyher's love.

p.s.(腳跟的縫隙 取決你下腹可以盡可能的貼近大腿).
      如果你無法將背脊伸展,可以在這之前,
      先將雙手越過頭部,大大的伸展背脊,然後放鬆!

      如果額頭無法點地,請將兩拳頭交疊,將額頭放置於拳頭上(看 圖).
    
p.s.let your abdomen close your thigh as possible as you can.
       If you have tight back-muscle,
      fallow bellow picture to stretch your low back first.

       If  put your forehead on the ground make you discomfotable,
       you can put you forhead on your   both fist (like picture )



如果你強烈的希 望與母親連結,
休息在嬰兒式前,你可以手握拳,將拳頭放入鼠蹊部,
大大的吸氣與呼 氣 幾回合,
喚醒子宮肌肉或生殖輪的能量.
然後放鬆.
If you realy hope you can connect to your mother or child's love strongly,
before relax in child-pose,
you  can put your fist in the groin,
inhale and exhale deeply few rounds,
to enerzize the womb's muscle or   Sradhisthana 's energy.


4. 然後靜坐   (或閉眼躺下).
    享受著愛.
   (如果你有淚水或情緒..,不要壓抑它!跟著它在一起)


4Then meditate    (or lie down relax).
    enjoy love.
    (If tears  on you face and emotion...,just be with it!)

母親節前夕--生命力瑜珈 power yoga






產道的壓擠,母親與胎兒的奮力,
衝出那狹窄黑暗的道路(產道),那就是世界上最完美的合奏曲!


它的曲目叫:「生命力」。

演奏者是: 你 與 你 的母 親。

永遠不要忘記你曾經的完美演出!

小小孩的眼睛觀看著這娑婆世界的一切一切發生;
小小孩的心裡,看著颱風來襲,大水不斷的漲高,小椅子、畚斗都被流走了 ;而那新買來的冰箱也開始搖晃了起來…


母親從工作單位請假飛奔回來;一把的就把冰箱揹了起來……
我看見了不輸給男性的女人勇氣.



當醫生真的已經盡了力 !
母親也心裡有數的參扶著我,拿著雨傘當拐杖的走完一大程的路…


坊間出了一本尿療法的書(八十一、二 年間),
不讓我知道的母親試了兩個月,作了完整的筆記後才告訴我:
書上寫的神奇或許真的能救妳,試吧!
 
那一天,當我手捧著那一杯澄黃色的『希望』時,
我哭倒在浴室,久久而不能自己…
雖然這方法在當時未讓我起死回生(試了六個多月),
但它教會我一件事,就是:『永不放棄』,
   
這是我的母親!
 


所有生命旅途中,『不放棄』永遠是最遠的路程!
因為它要陪你到生命的最後一刻!



“什麼都無關緊要,但千萬不要讓你內在的生命力死去,
直到最後一口氣!”    ~~~~Sri Sri.


你的靈魂若沒有淚水,就沒有彩虹!
生命有挑戰時就會快樂!


我的堅毅與開心,全得傳自我的母親。
